Functional Consultant – Odoo ERP

About the role
We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Odoo modules and design business workflows.
- Conduct workshops, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare user documentation and deliver end‑user training.
- Coordinate with developers for customizations and enhancements.
- Perform testing and support go‑live activities.
- Provide post‑implementation functional support.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
