Odoo System Implementer

About the role

Manage and optimize the day‑to‑day running of the Odoo retail platform across the holding companies, ensuring system integrity, data migrations, POS integration and delivering business‑critical customizations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Odoo modules for POS, inventory, purchasing and accounting.
• Perform daily data integrity checks, resolve discrepancies and conduct scheduled stock‑take reconciliations.
• Coordinate with IT for firmware and driver compatibility, and monitor system uptime.
• Develop custom reports, create Odoo workflows or scheduled actions, and collaborate with the Odoo developer on custom modules.
• Produce SOPs, end‑user manuals and provide 1‑on‑1 coaching to store staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience administering Odoo (v15+).
• Professional fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Odoo Retail (POS) and Inventory modules.
• SQL / PostgreSQL for reporting and queries.
• Basic Python scripting for automation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
