Front Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Baghdad. As the cornerstone of the guest experience, you will oversee daily activities, ensure seamless service delivery, and foster a collaborative environment for your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and develop a high‑performing front office team.
• Generate and manage staff rosters aligned with budgets, forecasts and occupancy projections.
• Strategically manage rooms inventory to maximise occupancy and identify upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly through direct interaction and online channels.
• Oversee check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyse operational metrics to optimise processes and drive revenue growth.
• Manage front office budgets, control costs and ensure financial accountability.
• Implement and maintain front office systems and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
