About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Ramada by Wyndham Sulaymaniyah. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience while supporting the overall guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and process payments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain guest records and perform basic clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.
- Keep the front‑desk area professional, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.
