About the role

The Front Counter Sales Representative is responsible for handling spare parts requests from customers and the maintenance department, completing the sales process, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection. This role serves as the primary point of contact at the sales counter, providing information on offers, discounts, and financial terms.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive spare parts requests via counter, email, fax, or phone and compile required parts lists.
  • Meet customers, discuss offers, discounts, and assess their needs.
  • Inform customers about financial options, terms, and conditions.
  • Prepare offers and obtain supervisor approval for parts requisitions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to release parts and handle urgent unavailable items.
  • Issue cash receivable bills, manage returns, and ensure correct pricing and discounts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly order reports and maintain sales documentation.
  • Contact customers to confirm delivery dates, resolve delivery issues, and keep supervisors informed.
  • Stay updated on part prices, offers, discounts, taxes, and fees.
  • Close deals and collect expenses according to company policies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical engineering or warehouse management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts sales or a similar field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and result orientation.
