Follow-up Agent – Erbil

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Follow-up Agent to join our team in Erbil. In this position you will monitor the progress of customer orders, maintain clear and timely communication with both customers and merchants, and ensure smooth coordination across the order fulfillment process. The role is essential for delivering a high‑quality experience and keeping operations on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor the status of each order from initiation to delivery, identifying any delays and taking corrective action to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate regularly with customers and merchants to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order progress.
• Update order records accurately in the operational system and collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar follow‑up, order‑tracking, or customer‑service role.
• Strong emotional intelligence combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholder interactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and operational systems for order management.
