Financial Advisor (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

The Financial Advisor will support Alen Factory’s growth by delivering expert financial planning, investment analysis, and long‑term strategy guidance. This part‑time hybrid position is based in Erbil, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data, cash flow and budgeting to inform management decisions.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion into European markets.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Advise on retirement and benefits planning for employees.
• Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, leadership and external partners to ensure sound financial practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
• Experience in financial planning, investment analysis and retirement planning.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or food‑industry environments is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
