Field Sales Executive – Kirkuk

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth in Kirkuk, Iraq. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding outlet coverage, and safeguarding company assets deployed in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume targets and propose innovative sales initiatives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned area.
• Increase outlet count through new customer acquisition while maintaining existing outlets.
• Analyze SFE KPIs, ensure data quality in sales information systems, and suggest improvements.
• Execute daily in‑outlet activities according to PicOS and RED criteria and implement marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular customer visits following the route plan and monitor competitor activity.
• Supervise the placement and optimal use of company assets such as coolers, signage, and activation material.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve complaints within 48 hours, and keep updated fact sheets.
• Manage advance ordering, receivables, stock, and product returns.
• Lead, motivate, train, and coach a sales team, including performance management and leave scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or functional experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using CCI Sales Systems.
