Dynamic Waiter/Waitress for High-Volume Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our high‑volume restaurant team as Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and taking orders in a courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards and maintain high quality throughout service.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests and upsell items.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and proper upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare the service area before, during and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène), minimizing waste, breakage and spoilage.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail and work effectively in a team.
