Direct Sales Customer Service Representative - Salah Al-Diin

About the role

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting a Direct Sales Customer Service Representative based in Salah Al-Diin. The role handles day-to-day customer requests and complaints efficiently and on time while keeping customer satisfaction high, and involves direct interaction with current and potential customers in Zain IQ outlets about sales or product and service information.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the Direct Sales strategy and plans and help achieve its objectives and targets.
• Implement Direct Sales policies and procedures.
• Handle customer e-mails and follow up on requests and complaints until their needs are met.
• Coordinate with billing and collection control to reactivate accounts and update account status so customer information stays up to date.
• Work with retention and complaints teams via CRM to resolve complaints and identify improvement opportunities.
• Solve issues around offers, new products and other problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Submit daily reports to the direct supervisor describing interventions and activities, and keep records of feedback, customer transactions and interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business administration-related field or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
