Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital activities across social media platforms for our agency and its clients. The role translates approved marketing strategies into measurable results while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved digital marketing strategies.
• Create and adapt engaging content for various platforms and clients.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendars.
• Monitor engagement, messages, and comments following client guidelines.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly (upon request) and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to ensure alignment.
• Ensure no content is published without prior approval.
• Stay updated with digital trends and suggest data‑driven performance improvements.
