Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

AUIB is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital campaigns that drive student recruitment and enrollment growth. You will own the end‑to‑end digital strategy, manage budgets, and turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with enrollment targets.
• Execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other channels to maximise lead generation and conversions.
• Allocate and monitor digital spend, tracking ROI, cost‑per‑lead and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain performance dashboards, generate regular reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with CRM, enrollment advisory, brand, content and web teams to ensure a smooth lead flow through the recruitment funnel.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in higher‑education recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
