Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the Channel Communications Team in Iraq, building and nurturing one‑to‑one relationships with key partners. You will drive the planning, execution, and analysis of partner‑led marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and media content providers to design and launch brand and partner‑driven campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and monitor channel marketing initiatives such as product launches, refreshes, and campaign extensions.
• Manage the quarterly investment process, from budgeting to ROI analysis, in partnership with finance and sales.
• Educate partners on Apple’s marketing assets, guidelines, and launch communication standards.
• Present marketing performance to senior leadership and partner executives to secure budget and evaluate results.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with overall sales strategies.
• Support partners in optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and channel marketing, preferably within a B2B or partner ecosystem.
• Strong ability to build relationships with mid‑ to C‑level stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience conducting ROI analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and senior presentations.
