Digital Marketing Manager – Derma‑Cosmetics & Aesthetics

About the role

Biotech Iraq, a leading distributor of derma‑cosmetics in Iraq, is seeking a creative and data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow its online presence across its skincare and aesthetics portfolio. The role will shape brand visibility, produce engaging content and turn digital interactions into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
• Lead a small digital team of designers, photographers and execution staff.
• Manage social media channels, paid media, content calendars and omni‑channel campaigns.
• Create and oversee content focused on skincare education, product benefits and consumer needs.
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers, photographers, videographers and content creators.
• Plan, brief, monitor and evaluate influencer and creator collaborations.
• Track performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions.
• Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.
• Support product managers with digital assets and campaign ideas while ensuring brand compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects, communicate with stakeholders and translate metrics into business actions.
