About the role
Provide diagnostic imaging support for U.S. Government medical operations at the Diplomatic Support Hospital in Iraq. The position covers both CT/X‑ray and ultrasound modalities, serving routine and emergency patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, performing non‑contrast and contrast studies (oral and IV).
- Conduct X‑ray examinations and ensure timely transmission of digital images for real‑time teleradiology.
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound evaluations, including FAST abdominal, thoracic, renal, limited cardiac, obstetric, gynecological, genitourinary and vascular exams.
- Support emergency imaging needs and assist with routine scans across all modalities.
Required profile
- U.S. citizenship with an active U.S. passport.
- Ability to obtain or hold a Secret clearance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology or ultrasound imaging.
- CT Scan and X‑ray certification.
Required skills

- Contrast administration (oral and IV).
