D365F&O Technical and Functional Consultant

About the role

The D365F&O Technical and Functional Consultant will join iQ Group’s Sulaymaniyah office to design, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions that meet the company’s finance and operations needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and configure D365F&O modules to support finance, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Document business processes and ensure alignment with system design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct system testing and support integrations.
• Provide user training, post‑implementation support and data migration assistance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Finance domain knowledge including core accounting, budgeting and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
