Credit Card Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Card Senior Associate to join our Credit Monitoring Department. The role involves handling credit inquiries, ensuring data integrity between internal systems and the Central Bank’s Credit Information Exchange, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform credit inquiries using the Central Bank Credit Information Exchange (ICI) system in line with approved procedures.
• Reconcile data uploaded to the ICI system with internal banking records to verify accuracy.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank instructions and internal policies related to credit inquiry processes.
• Collaborate with Data Management and Operations teams to maintain consistent and up‑to‑date information.
• Stay informed on changes to credit inquiry systems and regulatory guidelines.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the department manager to achieve departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar credit or banking role.
