Country Head – Apple Business (Iraq)

About the role
The Country Head – Apple Business will lead Apple’s commercial operations across Iraq, driving growth, market share and profitability. This senior position reports to regional leadership and works closely with Redington Group’s regional objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the country strategy for Apple products, covering sales, channel expansion and market development.
- Lead business planning, sales execution and operational management to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Strengthen relationships with partners, retailers and key customers, ensuring alignment with Apple’s channel strategy.
- Oversee cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, finance and logistics.
- Monitor market dynamics in Iraq, identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
Required profile
- 12–18 years of experience in technology, consumer electronics or distribution, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of distribution models, channel ecosystems and partner management.
- Experience managing premium technology brands, preferably within the Apple ecosystem.
- Strong strategic planning, business development and commercial management capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, operational and decision‑making abilities.
