Corporate Copywrite Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Copywrite Specialist to create clear, compelling bilingual content that reflects Zain Iraq’s brand voice and supports its strategic objectives. The role involves producing a wide range of written materials in both Arabic and English for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, corporate reports, website copy, speeches, social media posts, presentations and marketing materials in Arabic and English.
• Develop copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and business goals.
• Collaborate with communication, marketing, digital and design teams to deliver integrated content campaigns.
• Translate materials between Arabic and English while preserving meaning, context and tone.
• Support executive communication needs, including internal messages, talking points and speeches.
• Research topics to ensure content is accurate, factual and relevant.
• Maintain and update content across websites and social media platforms.
• Proofread and fact‑check all written materials before publication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Arabic Language, English Literature, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex communication projects from concept to completion.
• Native or near‑native fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of corporate and business communication styles.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and tone‑of‑voice documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
