Coordinator Partner Operations

About the role

As a Coordinator Partner Operations you will be the main point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, training and ongoing operational support to maximise order acceptance and minimise delays.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct restaurant training and install the Talabat system at partner locations.
• Improve restaurant operations, increase order acceptance rates and reduce vendor delays.
• Implement new configurations and support operational enhancements.
• Liaise proactively with restaurants to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
• Diagnose root causes of operational problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with account management, driver operations, customer service and other stakeholders.
• Analyse restaurant performance data and produce regular reports.
• Schedule and deliver training for new and existing partners, handling troubleshooting and technology replacements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑2 years of experience in operations or logistics; experience in food/grocery tech is a plus.
• Quick ability to adapt to new environments and systems.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and analytical mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced Excel for data interpretation.
