About the role
Augustus is seeking a Content Writer to support the daily publishing of its brands across digital platforms. The role involves creating, editing and managing content for the company’s business portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the brand’s voice.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit and proofread articles, posts and other marketing copy.
- Research topics and develop original content for various business verticals.
- Attend weekly meeting calls to coordinate with the editorial team.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Publish content directly on Augustus platforms and share it on social channels.
- Produce copy for Smashi Business and other company portfolios.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in business‑focused writing (a plus).
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in presenting is an advantage.
