About the role
The Regulatory Compliance Officer ensures that the bank complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, helping to reduce regulatory and operational risks.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Review bank activities and transactions to identify compliance risks.
- Support regulatory reporting and respond to regulatory inquiries.
- Conduct compliance checks and assist in internal audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a bank or financial institution.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
