Chef – Lead Kitchen Operations in Fast‑Food Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen of our fast‑food restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily food production, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations that delight our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing with the procurement team.
• Control food costs, reduce waste, and improve kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and improve recipes, menu items, and kitchen procedures.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Handle customer feedback related to food quality and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Chef in a fast‑food, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage kitchen teams under pressure.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
