Certified Technician L4 - Jaguar Land Rover

About the role

A Jaguar Land Rover dealer in Baghdad is looking for a Certified Technician L4 to perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs and technical support on JLR vehicles, in line with JLR quality, technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs, diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Use JLR diagnostic tools and technical information systems, following JLR repair procedures and safety requirements
• Identify recurring technical issues and carry out root-cause analysis with countermeasures
• Support and guide L3 technicians and other workshop team members
• Complete job cards and technical documentation accurately
• Maintain high standards of workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Certified Technician L4 or equivalent, with JLR technical certification
• Automotive technical qualification or relevant certification
• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics and complex repairs
• Ability to coach and support junior technicians
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous learning

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems
• Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge of JLR vehicles, systems and repair standards
