Business Efficiency & AI Lead

About the role

The Business Efficiency & AI Lead will drive measurable improvements across KRD Holding’s operations by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and deploying AI‑powered solutions. This hands‑on role works at the intersection of operations, technology, and strategy, partnering with department heads and senior leadership to turn insights into actionable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end reviews of business processes across departments to spot bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement operational improvements using process redesign, workflow automation, and AI‑driven tools.
• Evaluate, select, and deploy AI solutions—including generative AI, agents, machine‑learning tools, and intelligent automation platforms—to solve specific business problems.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of efficiency and AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from scoping through delivery, collaborating with operations, HR, finance, sales, IT, and other functions.
• Define KPIs to measure efficiency gains, cost savings, time‑to‑output improvements, and overall business impact.
• Develop internal AI literacy by training teams on practical AI tools and embedding new ways of working.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and translate them into actionable business initiatives.
• Work with IT and external vendors to ensure solutions are integrated, secure, scalable, and aligned with company systems.
• Present findings, business cases, and progress reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, process improvement, transformation, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools and platforms with hands‑on experience deploying AI or automation solutions in a business setting.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency or cost‑saving outcomes.
