Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and detail‑obsessed Brand Manager to safeguard and expand the identity of our globally recognised specialty coffee brand. The role will ensure brand consistency across markets while driving initiatives that deepen customer connections, support new store openings and elevate the brand both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with the global “See the World Through Coffee” philosophy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints – stores, packaging, digital channels and merchandise.
• Collaborate with HQ in Kyoto/Hong Kong to adapt brand guidelines for regional markets.
• Support new store launches with rollout plans, visual merchandising and launch campaigns.
• Oversee in‑store branding elements such as signage, packaging, uniforms and collateral.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social, PR, influencer and event channels.
• Manage brand content calendar on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, ensuring minimalist visual style.
• Coordinate limited‑edition product launches, collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations.
• Monitor brand health, customer sentiment and competitor activity; report on KPIs and provide market‑based recommendations.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle branding with an eye for visual consistency.
• Experience managing multi‑market or multi‑store brand rollouts is a plus.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for coffee culture, Japanese design principles or minimalist branding.
