About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for the Cardiovascular & Renal (CVRM) portfolio in Iraq. The role will drive the execution of high‑impact initiatives across HCP and patient marketing, congress planning, speaker programs and budget management, working closely with cross‑functional teams to improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with CVRM brand objectives.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality in‑market solutions for patient identification and treatment, leveraging insights from healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design tactical plans and support product launches.
- Build long‑term partnerships with key CVRM stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Lead congress planning, including creation of promotional materials, logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
- Manage the Promotional Speaker Program, including speaker training and material development.
- Oversee development of marketing materials and coordinate internal medical, legal and regulatory reviews.
- Track and manage the brand budget, monitor ROI and ensure alignment with financial targets.
