Bilingual Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to help train AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, evaluate their performance, and create conversation scripts to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conversing with them in Arabic and English.
• Generate novel conversation examples to teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Report on correctness, logic, and overall performance of the AI models.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
