Bilingual Interpreter for AI Chatbot Training

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Interpreter to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage directly with conversational agents, measuring their progress and improving their linguistic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct written and spoken conversations with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach desired responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Evaluate model performance for correctness, logical consistency, and brand voice adherence.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an expert level of linguistics.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
