About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Interpreter to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage directly with conversational agents, measuring their progress and improving their linguistic performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct written and spoken conversations with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English.
- Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach desired responses.
- Assign writing and editing tasks to chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
- Evaluate model performance for correctness, logical consistency, and brand voice adherence.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with an expert level of linguistics.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
