Bilingual Editor (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Editor to help train AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and improving model quality. The role requires expert‑level linguistics skills and fluent conversations in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.
• Measure chatbot progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Create novel conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Solve problems that arise during model training to enhance overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Independent contractor based in Iraq.
