Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Customer Support Specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. Working remotely from Iraq, you will interact with AI models, assess their performance, and create new conversational content to improve their accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conducting conversations in both Arabic and English.
• Write novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate the quality, correctness, and performance of AI model outputs.
• Report findings and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Independent contractor able to work on a flexible schedule from home.
• Residency in Iraq.
