B2B Sales Representative – Car Rental Services

About the role

The company seeks a proactive B2B Sales Representative to drive long‑term rental contracts with corporate, institutional and diplomatic clients in Iraq. You will act as the main point of contact for new business opportunities in the car‑rental sector and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire long‑term rental contracts with companies, embassies, institutions and local/international organisations.
• Analyse market trends to expand the client database and uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to current and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and assess needs.
• Follow up on tenders and RFPs related to car‑rental services and prepare required documentation.
• Present proposals and contracts to new clients and coordinate implementation with relevant departments.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with profitability objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions, providing recommendations to management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets according to the approved business plan.
• Coordinate with Operations and Fleet to ensure vehicle availability and timely service delivery.
• Assist Finance in following up on outstanding client payments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Capability to prepare business proposals and manage contracts.
• Experience in the car‑rental or related service industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
