B2B Account Executive – Erbil

About the role

Zain Iraq is looking for a motivated B2B Account Executive to join its sales team in Erbil. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day sales activities, building strong relationships with business customers, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and execute the B2B sales plan, meeting targets and objectives.
• Implement sales policies and maintain up‑to‑date sales information libraries.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and in‑person visits, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify and acquire new business customers, generating leads to increase sales.
• Promote the full range of Zain Iraq products, services, offers, and renewals to existing clients.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to support business continuity and growth.
• Collaborate with senior account executives and managers, providing administrative support for efficient sales operations.
• Accurately complete sales‑related administrative tasks and keep sales forecasts current in the sales application.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a sales or related business role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, achievement‑driven mindset, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
• Proactive initiative and ability to seek information and address bias.
