About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic hospitality professional to join our Housekeeping team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will support the Director of Housekeeping in daily operations, ensuring that our properties meet the highest Rotana standards and exceed guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness standards and recommend improvements.
- Adjust work schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.
- Supervise periodic cleaning tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate spring‑cleaning or maintenance requests with Engineering and Front Office.
- Track room history, manage linen, towel, and blanket discards, and recommend new purchases.
- Ensure uniform quality, order replacements as needed, and maintain open communication with team members and supervisors.
Required profile
- College or university degree.
- Minimum three years of management experience within a hotel housekeeping department.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Micros and Opera property management systems.
- Strong administrative and organizational computer skills.
Required skills
- Micros PMS proficiency.
- Opera PMS proficiency.
- Computer literacy for administrative tasks.
