Sales Specialist (IT & Printing Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Basra. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, especially within the IT and printing sectors, by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Schedule and lead meetings with potential customers, presenting our products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Generate regular sales and financial reports to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure adequate stock for product demonstrations and business activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage customer objections or complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and share customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or a similar sales role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Understanding of effective marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Quick learner with a passion for business development.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Knowledge of IT concepts and the printing industry.
• Valid driving license.
