Production Director – Automotive (Erbil)

About the role

The Production Director will lead all automotive photo, video and film production activities for the brand, ensuring high‑quality visual content that supports marketing goals and engages customers across media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute automotive photo, video and commercial productions.
• Direct vehicle shoots in studio, showroom, lifestyle, off‑road and outdoor settings.
• Manage large‑scale TV commercials, product launches and brand campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Oversee pre‑production tasks such as location scouting, logistics, permits, scheduling and safety compliance.
• Ensure accurate, premium representation of vehicles, features and brand identity.
• Supervise post‑production processes including editing, visual effects, colour grading and final delivery.
• Control production budgets, timelines and vendor relationships for cost‑effective execution.
• Lead internal production teams and coordinate with external agencies, production houses and creative partners.
• Maintain compliance with global brand guidelines and automotive industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in automotive production, commercial advertising, TVC production or digital content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership of automotive shoots, brand campaigns and large‑scale commercial productions.
• Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and English preferred.
• Strong creative leadership, project management, strategic thinking, budget management and stakeholder communication.
