Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand

About the role

Baly is looking for a Graphic Designer to support its growing marketing and communication needs across its super‑app ecosystem. You will create visual content that strengthens the brand’s presence on digital and offline channels, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, performance advertising and promotional activities.
• Develop visual concepts that communicate key messages and support business objectives.
• Create assets for CRM communications, push notifications, emails, in‑app banners, landing pages and other digital touchpoints.
• Produce billboards, print materials, event branding, activations, merchandise and other offline marketing assets.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and large‑format applications while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain and apply Baly’s visual identity guidelines and design standards.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy and attention to detail before delivery.
• Collaborate with copywriters, media production specialists, product and marketing teams during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a related field.
