About the role

LC Waikiki is looking for a Management Trainee to join its store team in Al‑Najaf Governorate. The role offers a fast‑paced introduction to retail management, combining operational oversight with customer‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously monitor LC Waikiki store standards.
• Prepare efficient work schedules for the store team.
• Drive store productivity and operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain store layout and visual merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, productivity per square metre, and profit objectives.
• Meet internal audit performance criteria.
• Control shrinkage, manage expenses and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc university degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Preferably 3‑5 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, result‑driven and positive attitude.
• Problem‑solving, organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
