About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Baghdad. You will be responsible for driving performance, setting targets and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales goals, develop and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor team performance and analyse sales reports.
- Provide training and coaching to improve staff capabilities.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and business partners.
Required profile
- Strong team‑management and training abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating sales performance.
- Experience in sales or retail management (preferred).
- Ability to work on‑site in Baghdad with a flexible, solution‑oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field (advantageous).
