Indirect Sales Account Executive – Missan

About the role

Zain Iraq is looking for an Indirect Sales Account Executive to manage distributor sales activities in the Missan region. You will be responsible for driving sales performance at points of sale, ensuring product distribution, and achieving set targets while gathering market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement indirect sales strategies and policies to meet organizational objectives.
• Visit assigned points of sale according to a journey plan to collect competitive market intelligence.
• Monitor consumer feedback, log complaints, and follow up on resolutions.
• Report rejected contracts, documentation discrepancies, SIM irregularities, and voucher inaccuracies to distributors.
• Provide daily status updates on activation accounts and SIM activations.
• Escalate network issues and contribute to business planning.
• Track MBB availability, achievement metrics, and promotional campaigns for new sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, distribution management, or a related area.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and achievement‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and build relationships.
