About the role
A leading delivery company in Iraq is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, supervise delivery captains, and drive operational efficiency across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise delivery captains, ensuring productivity, discipline, and policy compliance.
- Monitor daily fleet operations to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.
- Track performance using KPIs and operational reports, identifying and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and other departments for seamless workflows.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve utilization and reduce costs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, delivery operations or driver supervision.
- Proven leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- MS Office suite
