About the role
The Customer Service Agent will act as the primary point of contact for clients visiting our issuing centers, including booths, postal locations, and bank branches. You will deliver a full range of card‑related services, handle inquiries and complaints, and promote our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage issuing centers such as booths, postal centers, and bank branches.
- Provide card‑related services: issuance, replacement, data updates, cash delivery, and handling inquiries.
- Resolve customer problems and disputes promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to stay informed about updates and developments.
- Sell and promote products to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain positive business relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent organization, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen, persuade, overcome objections, and solve varied problems.
- Adaptable, flexible, reliable, and proactive.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word).
- Experience using email, internet, and other computerized communication tools.
