Croatian Pre-Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this freelance position you will engage homeowners, introduce them to a leading European travel‑tech platform and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth hand‑over to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support or customer service.
• Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive – CRM for lead and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS 13 operating systems.
