Customer Relationship Management Manager

About the role

Sabeel Al-Rashid Company is expanding its fast‑food footprint across Baghdad and needs a seasoned CRM Manager to design and run a data‑driven customer relationship strategy for its 21‑branch network. Based in Iraq, you will own the end‑to‑end CRM function, turning guest data into actionable insights that boost retention, loyalty and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified CRM strategy across all 21 branches, ensuring consistent implementation.
• Design customer segmentation, lifecycle models and engagement journeys to increase repeat visits.
• Translate multi‑branch data into commercial and operational insights for decision‑making.
• Implement a voice‑of‑customer and feedback management system across the network.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, governance and system consistency.
• Create dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership and branch managers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Call Centre and Branch Managers to align customer experience initiatives.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and customer behavior at both branch and network levels.
• Ensure CRM standards are applied consistently across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service or customer experience roles.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in restaurants, FMCG or hospitality is preferred.
• Certification in CRM or Customer Experience is an advantage.
