About the role
Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech organisation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Iraq and the wider MENA region. You will be responsible for building relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), money managers and other partners to drive trading volume across multi‑asset products such as gold, oil, FX, and cryptocurrencies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard new IBs and money managers in the MENA region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners to increase accounts, deposits and revenue.
- Prepare tailored proposals and sales presentations that address client trading needs.
- Cross‑sell retail clients who meet IB thresholds and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.
- Stay informed on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks and indices.
- Attend industry events, represent the company and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking funding, volume and account activations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales.
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices and equity markets.
- Hunter mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of multi‑asset trading products (FX, commodities, cryptocurrencies).
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
- Ability to conduct technical and fundamental market analysis.
