About the role
Al Hadeel Al Hasan Law Firm seeks a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support its growing team in Baghdad. The role involves handling administrative tasks within a legal environment while maintaining high confidentiality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with legal and task management systems to support the firm’s operations.
- Maintain digital document management tools, including Google Workspace applications.
- Prepare, update, and manage data using Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Handle correspondence and written communication in English.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in legal operations, legal administration, or within a law firm environment (preferred).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with legal and task management systems
