About the role
The Stockroom Manager will oversee all stockroom activities for the LC Waikiki store in Al Najaf. You will lead a team to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, supporting the store’s sales floor and maintaining high standards of organization and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate incoming shipments, ensuring products are received and placed in the sales area within the required timeframe.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, process stock intake, and organise regular replenishment.
- Handle all operational transactions related to storage, including paperwork and receiving controls.
- Support the store team with stock‑to‑sales processes such as security tagging and floor placement preparation.
- Lead and develop the stockroom team, applying LC Waikiki standards and driving performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and other sections to align front‑ and back‑of‑house operations.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to store management.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc university degree.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to manage stock efficiently.
- Experience leading a stockroom or warehouse team.
