Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

Moneycorp is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of corporate clients across foreign exchange, payments and deposit products. The role blends proactive new‑business development with high‑quality ongoing relationship management to drive sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of corporate clients, delivering regular business reviews and tailored financial solutions.
• Maximise wallet share by cross‑selling FX, payments and deposit products based on client needs and market insights.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking and referral channels.
• Achieve individual revenue and activity targets while ensuring fair value and good outcomes in line with Consumer Duty principles.
• Collaborate with the MiFID FX dealing desk and Risk Management Solutions specialists to provide hedging and structured solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market dynamics to guide client conversations and uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate client relationships in financial services.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of FX, payments and deposit products and related regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to deliver fair value and good outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
