Sales Manager – Beverage & Bakery (Baghdad, Iraq)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Beverage and Bakery business in Iraq. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be based in Baghdad and responsible for driving growth with key customers across end‑user markets, delivering our sales strategy and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers in the beverage and bakery sectors, identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client objectives and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage the annual financial budget, forecasts, and pipeline, ensuring alignment with profitability, gross margin and portfolio mix targets.
• Oversee commercial pricing, contract negotiations and risk management to protect margins.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in internal systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and provide regular demand forecasts.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence, share insights with internal stakeholders and contribute to end‑use market strategy refinement.
• Represent Kerry in industry networking events, building long‑term partnerships aligned with the company’s purpose.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in food technology or science is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the beverage and bakery sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contract management and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
