About the role
Baly, Iraq’s leading super‑app for rides and food delivery, is seeking a Kurdish‑speaking Social Media Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for Kurdish‑speaking users on Baly’s social media channels, helping them with inquiries, issues, and feedback while ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to inbound messages across Baly’s social media platforms.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, promotions, and campaigns.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
- Track recurring issues, share insights with stakeholders, and help improve service quality.
- Support campaign‑related communication and monitor customer sentiment.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to resolve user problems.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, social media support, community management, or a related role.
- Native or near‑native fluency in Sorani Kurdish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Experience using digital communication tools for customer interaction.
